The pg is located at house no 6, road no 62, West Punjabi Bagh, a very elite and posh locality of Delhi. It is our own property. I stay with my wife and 2 daughters on the ground floor. The pg is on the 1st floor and 2nd floor. No males are allowed on the 1st floor and 2nd floor, except repair staff if and when needed. Otherwise our cooks and cleaning personnel are all females. The triple seater is much bigger in size compared to the double room. I would advise you to send any friend or relative in Delhi to come and see the premises as well The room rent includes everything as followed: • Fully equipped kitchen with all utensils, RO water, microwave, cooking gas (pipeline fitted), geyser, 2 refrigerators. • All rooms have a full almirah, a study table, a box storage bed with mattress and a pillow. • All bathrooms have geysers and bucket etc. • 2 hi speed wifi connections on the floor. • The water supply is nonstop and electricity back up is there, even though the power supply in Delhi is uninterrupted. • The cleaning of the premises is thoroughly done daily by the staff. The rent does not include AC charges and food charges. • All rooms have AC…a meter is connected to the AC..And the members collectively pay for whatever electricity they have consumed on AC. The lights, fans etc of the room and entire premises are included in the rent • We have a in house cook facility and a cooperative mess type of system with full transparency for food expenses. Besides above, the member is free to access and use kitchen anytime. The following are the strengths of our location. • It’s a safe and secure location with gates and guards at both ends of our lane. In our premises we have a biometric access entry. No unauthorized entry. • SPM College is 2 minutes walking distance from our premise. Central market, Club road, Metro station, Bus stand etc is also 5 minutes walk. • All the big banks have branches in our locality and 2 big hospitals are also 10 minutes walk. • All big and small online companies/stores deliver at our address. To book your seat, you will have to transfer an amount per seat in the account that I provide.
